Insurance Requirements

Convention exhibitors must provide proof of the following insurance coverage by submitting a Certificate of Insurance (COI) no later than March 13, 2026 by email to: insurance@alliancefranchisebrands.com

General Liability

  • Alliance Franchise Brands LLC must be named as Additional Insured.

  • Waiver of Subrogation is required.
  • Waiver of Subrogation applies in favor of Alliance Franchise Brands LLC and their respective officers, employees and agents.
  • Coverage in effect through the dates of event.

 

Property Insurance

  • Property coverage is required for exhibit and display materials.
  • Coverage in effect through the dates of event.

Registration and Cancellation

Payment of the applicable fees for the Convention is due at the time of registration. Any and all other costs associated with attending the Convention, including travel, lodging, food, entertainment, and other expenses incurred, shall be borne solely by you and Host Party will not be liable for such costs.

If you cancel your reservation on or prior to January 16, 2026, you can elect to receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee or 100% credit toward registration fees for the 2027 convention. Cancellations occurring between January 17, 2026 and February 13, 2026 (inclusive) can elect to receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee or 100% credit toward registration fees for the 2027 convention. Registration fees for cancellations made on or after February 14, 2026 are non-refundable and will be considered fully earned by Host Party. Please provide your cancellation in writing to Ted Redmer at tedr@alliancefranchisebrands.com. Terms apply to registrations cancelled by Host Party due to failure to provide Acknowledgements.
