Insurance Requirements

Convention exhibitors must provide proof of the following insurance coverage by submitting a Certificate of Insurance (COI) no later than February 15, 2024 by email to: insurance@alliancefranchisebrands.com

General Liability

  • Alliance Franchise Brands LLC must be named as Additional Insured.

  • St. Louis Union Station Hotel, 1820 Market Street, St. Louis, MO 63103 must be named as Additional Insured.
  • Waiver of Subrogation is required.
  • Waiver of Subrogation applies in favor of Alliance Franchise Brands LLC and their respective officers, employees and agents.
  • Coverage in effect through the dates of event.

 

Property Insurance

  • Property coverage is required for exhibit and display materials.
  • Coverage in effect through the dates of event.

Registration and Cancellation

Payment of the applicable fees for the Convention is due at the time of registration. Any and all other costs associated with attending the Convention, including travel, lodging, food, entertainment, and other expenses incurred, shall be borne solely by you and Host Party will not be liable for such costs.

If you cancel your reservation on or prior to December 15, 2023, you can elect to receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee or 100% credit toward registration fees for the 2025 convention. Cancellations occurring between December 16, 2023 and January 15, 2024 (inclusive) can elect to receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee or 100% credit toward registration fees for the 2025 convention. Cancellations occurring between January 16, 2024 and February 1, 2024 (inclusive) can elect to receive a refund of 25% of the registration fee or 100% credit toward registration fees for the 2025 convention. Registration fees for cancellations made on or after February 2, 2024 are non-refundable and will be considered fully earned by Host Party. Please provide your cancellation in writing to Mike Dye at miked@alliancefranchisebrands.com. Terms apply to registrations cancelled by Host Party due to failure to provide Acknowledgements.
